APA PERASAAN ABISKITA????

ok sekira nya tia kita masa ani mengalami pelbagai masalah....masalah kewangaan ka....masalah keluarga ka.....or macam2 masalah la...pokok nya setiap orang atu mesti ada masalah........hidup ani bukanya sentiasa perfect.....manusia lah kata kan......kadang masalah atu datang sendiri tapi kadang tani sendiri yang mendatangkan masalah atu ke kitani......yang membari malas nya orang di sekeliling tani ani tah jua yang menjadi beben tambahan kepada masalah tani..............bukan nya apa......masalah nya abis durang ani kadang inda tia paham situasi tani wa........atu tah yang bagi malas nya..............mana tia kan mengusut atu tah ani tah.....padahal tau undah tu ah diri ada masalah.....di bagi tanda lagi.......inda jua merati lakat jua kan memajal......membari ken melatup ada jua...bukan lagi kan melatup tah tu jawapan nya........kalau tah biskita di tampat orang macam ani APA PERASAAN KITA???????apa nya orang putih "put your self in their shoes".....I think baru tah biskita paham kan perasaan orang lain selain kita...ingat lidah adalh lebih tajam daripada pisau......

SINGAPORE RECESSION DEEPER THEN EXPECTED???WHY SHOULD WE CARE???

Singapore recession is way deeper then expected. The country's export shrank by 29 per cent a year this caused the GDP (Gross Domestic Product) falls around 6% to 9% for this quarter.....People might think....Who cares about it?????.....Its Singapore not our country.....BUT....think wisely.....It does makes a difference to our economy.......YES IT DOES.....Believe it or not its true.....The "currency value" as we usually says it...for Brunei and Singapore is the same.....If Singapore is to reduce their "currency value" then automatically it will goes the same to OUR currency.......People might think that Brunei's economy does not affected by the Global Recession....BUT ITS NOT TRUE.......YES we are affected by it too.....but the impact is not that visible......Thanks to the Government of His Majesty that we can still "survive" in the middle of this economic crisis.....Without the subsidies given by Government of His Majesty trust me, I think so me of us might not make through this crisis......Companies will goes bankrupt.....people will lost their jobs.....but we are LUCKY that most of the things that we have now are being SUBSIDISED by the Government of His Majesty......SO PEOPLE......PLEASE BE GRATEFUL OF WHAT YOU HAVE RIGHT NOW as it might not be the same for other people in other parts of the world......You still have your job...You still can feel relax in this situation....But for the others, would they have the same things that we have and would they feel the same feel that we have????Brunei might be the richest in South-East Asia BUT although our country is the richest it DOES STILL AFFECTED by GLOBAL RECESSION..................SO BE GRATEFUL.........

WONDERING WHEN IS THE PERFECT TIME TO INVEST IN UNIT TRUST????

As some of us may know that now-a-day the most common type of investment is in term of unit trust......unit trust basically is a pool of funds where you are investing to......this way you can diversified your investment.......the risks of this kind of investment is depending on the types of funds they investing in.......the risks may varies from low to high risks.....as we says that "high risks high return".......In other words the higher the risks of you losing you money the higher the return you'll get......The BEST time for you to start investing in unit trust is when the NAV (Net Asset Value) of that certain particular unit trust that you are intrested to invest in is LOW......as the lower the NAV the more units you'll get.......unit trust is an open-ended investment meaning they don't have maturity date you can sell your units when ever you wants to sell it.........In a matter of fact you SHOULDEN'T sells your units when the NAV is BELOW the NAV when you bought the units. when you do this you will lose some of your investment monies.......

ISAN'T THIS SHOCKING TO YOU"??

As published in the BB on the 14 th April 2009....there was an incident about a hit and run by unknown person......the article was like this " A 47-year-old woman from New Zealand succumbed to her injuries after she was hit from behind by a car while cycling yesterday morning along the Muara/Tutong Expressway...." the article continues to catch my interest and as I read through the article...I was shock that the women didn't make it.....she died in that incident....the worst part of all is that the person that hit her just....RUN AWAY .......where is the "heart"???where is the responsibility?????........the person should brought her to the hospital instead of just RUN AWAY.....the woman might be survive if the person attended her and brought her to the hospital straight away.......I really hope the responsible person will turn him/her-self to the authority as soon as possible...please be responsible of the things that you had done.......trust me the guilt will hunts you till the rest of your life.........people please be responsible.......to the decease's family my condolences for your lost....may God Blessed her soul and may her rest in peace......
